Hello Everyone,

**Back to School Night and Coloma Meeting: Wednesday September 25th. I will give a classroom presentation at 7:15 - 8:00 for parents.  At 8:00 p.m. I will provide information about the COD--Coloma Outdoor Discovery School this year. I look forward to greeting everyone and talking about the new Coloma program that the Outdoor School provides. (Mark your calendars Coloma: Oct. 16-18).

We are budgeted and approved to take 6 adults as drivers/chaperones this year and ideally would like 3 moms and 3 dads to drive, chaperone and stay with students in the girl's and boy's bunkhouses. Sign up to chaperone on our on-line form here

The cost per student and per chaperone is $195.00. We are grateful to the parent's club for buying this trip down. We appreciate your support. Scholarships are available. Please check with the office. 

I'd love to take you all, however, if we have a greater number of adults who wish to drive/chaperone on the trip, we will conduct a lottery in order to be fair to all families. If you do not plan to drive/chaperone, we still need volunteers for the morning of our departure to pack up cars quickly with gear; kids; back packs, water bottles and lunches. We must leave the school by 7:30 sharp. 

*There is a luggage size restriction this year. Each student and chaperone may take 1 suitcase 9 x 14 x 22; 1 sleeping bag and 1 pillow tightly rolled and secured; 1 back pack with a sack lunch and water bottle. MANDATORY: NAMES MUST BE ON ALL ITEMS IN ADVANCE.

**Once we have confirmed our drivers/chaperones, there will be a MANDATORY chaperone meeting on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at 5:30 PM.
